Software Engineers
Our software engineers are conversant with most PLCs, HMIs, Inverters and SCADA systems making us readily available to support modifications to existing plant and equipment and also emergency breakdowns.
Vision Systems
We have experience with a number of vision system maufacturers and have invested time and money in Omron vision systems test/trial equipment for evaluation of customers products.
Design and Manufacture Control Panels
Our control panels are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and we only use top quality components from reputable manufacturers.
Design & Install SCADA Systems
We design and install Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems including Siemens WinCC, Wonderware’s InTouch and Progea's Movicon range.
Project Management
We have successfully provided Project Management services to a number of large projects for our customers specialising in the automation and control aspects and also managing contractors with other disciplines.
Safety Systems
We carry out safety assessments, design and install state of the art safety equipment, light curtains, safety light barriers, optical electronic sensors, guard and hinged interlocking devices, safety fieldbus and safety touch bumpers.
Schematic Drawings
We design and generate control system drawings from scratch. We can also update your existing drawings on paper into electronic (CAD) format.
